Thank You Carra Riley & Do You BlogTalkRadio? What fun! Yesterday, I had a wonderful opportunity to chat with Carra Riley on her BlogTalkRadio. She's at www.BlogTalkRadio.com/carra-riley. We chatted about the Atlanta and Sandy Springs GA Real Estate Market residential sales, leasing and property management that we handle in the Buckhead area.
Carra Riley and her Cosmic Cow Pie Group have been so incredibly welcoming as I have learned to navigate the Activerain environment. It is so nice to check out AR each day and know that one has friends all over the world you can go to for advice, support or just a laugh.
BlogTalkRadio was an awesome experience! I had a couple folks ask me upon seeing the blog post or Facebook info a few days ago, what is BlogTalkRadio? The best way I can describe it is that BlogTalkRadio is an audio blog of information posted on-line about whatever the owner of the Audio Blog wants to post. Carra's been involved in Real Estate for over 30 years. Now her focus is on helping others navigate through life while avoiding those Cosmic Cow Pies!

We sure did have a fun show! It was like chatting over coffee in the morning talking about all the interesting facets of your market!
I want to THANK You for sharing in the Cosmic Cow Pie group with such graciousness. I put a request out to help a new agent know what to do to get going in activerain and real estate in general. You wrote a wonderful post that was featured on the home page of activerain an everyone enjoyed reading as a reminder of the basics... so it is a two way street and I am so happy we have connected and look forward to more fun in 2010.
Now we have Tim in the group looking for some fun, sweet, memorable things to do for Valentines day with his sweetheart! So there you go.. another post idea!

I was a DJ for 18 years and this is one direction I have yet to go and I can't figure out why. I have all this old DJ equipment that would make it easy for me to do a daily or weekly show. Maybe I should be pushed out the door until I finally do it, I know my kids would volunteer for that job.
