Almost everyday our phone rings where folks ask who we would recommend for this or that task. Being in Atlanta, Buckhead & Sandy Springs Real estate sales, executive leasing and property management business, Tim Francis Realty see more than the average share of needed repairs and updates. Kudos and Happy New Year! I had to change my HVAC service vendor for 2012 because my last one of 8 years sold his business...I sent out my first new property management agreement YESTERDAY so 2012 will be GOOD!
How generous you are to refer these local businesses, Michelle! Whether a new resident or resident firmly-established within the community for years, your recommendation as someone from within the real estate community carries weight. We do benefit from having solid folks to call, time and time again. I have seen them link their website to my blog posts about them. Best referral I had last year was from my lawn care guy - who insisted to an owner going on international assingment, I was the person to call!

I love all the good ideas you can get reading other posts around here! I think I started this list or got the idea from a Bob Stewart contest about answering common questions your clients ask. I get asked a lot for who do you call.....?
